摘要: In order to evaluate removal properties of human enteric viruses from wastewater by a membrane bioreactor (MBR), influent, anoxic and oxic mixed liquor, effluent samples were collected in pilot-scale anoxic-oxic MBR process for 16 months, concentrations enteroviruses, norovirus GII, sapoviruses determined real-time PCR using murine as control. Mixed liquor separated into liquid solid phases centrifugation, the bulk solution those associated with suspended solids (MLSS) quantified. Enteroviruses, detected influent throughout sampling period (geometrical mean, 4.0, 3.1, 4.4 log copies/mL, respectively). Enterovirus phase generally lower than phase, mean reduction value between was 0.40 units. contrast, GII sapovirus equal or higher values (1.3 1.1 units, respectively) observed liquor. This suggested that enteroviruses less MLSS sapoviruses, resulting enterovirus activated sludge process. Enteroviruses but not any samples. When concentration reduced 50-60% normal operation level, passages through PVDF microfiltration observed. Since rejection related trans-membrane pressure which monitored parameter fouling, results indicated adsorption plays an important role virus MBR, vary reflecting different adsorptive behavior MLSS. Our observations are more removed efficiently GII.
