摘要: Abstract In this study detailed microstructural investigation of the reason for unexpected corrosion powder coated aluminium alloy AA6060 windows profiles has been performed. The results from reveals that failure window was originated surface defects present on extruded profile after metallurgical process prior to coating. Surface are produced due intermetallic particles in alloy, which disturb flow during extrusion process. mechanism leading service is explained.
