摘要: Operational flexibility is a powerful but complex strategy that increasingly used in manufacturing and service industries. We introduce operational to ship production as method alleviate the effects of delays ultimately create issues such high cost, variability workload, ineffective control, resultant low facility use. Our emphasis on how incorporating flexible curved block job shop can, with appropriate control/scheduling, increase efficiency timeliness assembly process for both flat blocks enhance robustness shipbuilding system. formulate stochastic model our approach, controlled queuing network particular, we provide simulation test bed quantify value this flexibility.
