摘要: Three investigations were made of workers exposed to asbestos-insulation materials. In one study, the entire membership insulation union in United States and Canada was registered for observation. Another group consisted hired between 1941 1945 by a factory which manufactured amosite asbestos materials until 1954. Among U.S., approximately death five has been result lung cancer. Incidence gastro-intestinal cancer more than double that general population, mesothelioma responsible 7% all deaths. Increased incidence seen as soon 10 14 years from onset exposure. It is suspected intense exposure experienced associated with earlier appearance However, although early increase seen, greater occurred 30 45 onset, especially among less intensely workers. Data indicate these risks per se. There no evidence chrysotile risk amosite, or vice versa.
