摘要: We study edge states in graphene systems where a bulk energy gap is opened by inversion symmetry breaking. find that the bands dispersion can be controlled potentials applied on boundary with unit cell length scale. Under certain potentials, gapless valley-dependent velocity are found, exactly analogous to spin-dependent chiral quantum spin Hall systems. The connection of topological properties revealed.
