Learning objectives in training residents in general surgey in Kuwait

摘要: An opinion survey of a five-year postgraduate training programme in general surgery was conducted using questionnaire. The residents who responded indicated that the use learning objectives needed to be given greater emphasis. They felt should more clearly defined and communicated with learners instructors at an early stage programme. While opportunity for theoretical concepts rated as strong feature programme, practical skills, it pointed out, augmenting.
