摘要: The objective of this work is to optimize a solid-phase extraction procedure for the simultaneous determination sulfadiazine, sulfamerazine, and sulfamethazine in milk by fluorimetric detection. For task, an alternative strategy employed, which allows one reduce noticeably number experiments without losing quality estimations. It consists use D-optimal design together with PARAFAC decomposition calculation response experimental design. Effects amount cartridge sorbent, kind milk, volume conditioning solutions, wash elution, mixture sulfonamides have been evaluated, maximizing sulfonamide mean recovery minimizing its standard deviation. Since may give some matrix effect over fluorescence signal, behavior has also studied. Optimal conditions selected where ratio between was highest, are 500 mg acid wash, elution 3 mL solutions. type not significant. This makes suitable combined any milk. Finally, proposed, obtaining equal 68.5% values deviation 7 8 µg kg−1.
