摘要: Beyond the “traditional” functions such as gene storage, transport and protein synthesis, recent discoveries reveal that RNAs have important “new” biological including RNA silence regulation of riboswitch. Such noncoding are strongly coupled to structures proper structure change, which naturally leads folding problem prediction kinetics. Due polyanionic nature RNAs, structure, stability kinetics ion condition solution. The main focus this chapter is review progress in three major aspects problem: prediction, electrostatics. This will introduce both experimental theoretical progress, while emphasize modelling on folding.
