摘要: DerSimonian and Laird define meta-analysis as “the statistical analysis of a collection analytic results for the purpose integrating their findings. One alternative to classical meta-analytic approaches in known Individual Patient-Level Data, or IPD, meta-analysis. Rather than depending on summary statistics calculated individual studies, IPD metaanalysis analyzes complete data from all included studies. Two potential incorporating into framework are investigated. A two-stage is first conducted, which models fit each study summarized using procedures. Secondly, one-stage approach that singularly summarizes information across studies Data Diverse Populations Collaboration set used investigate differences between these two methods specific example. The bootstrap procedure determine if produce statistically different DPC Finally, simulation conducted accuracy method given scenarios.
