摘要: The Eudragit RS and polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG 400) blend polymer (EPG) membranes were prepared by the solvent casting method to pioneer a novel application of thermo-sensitive material. EPG containing 2.5-10% PEG (2.5-10% EPG) showed glass transition temperatures (Tgs) around body temperature (32-42 degrees C). Drug permeation studies through carried out using acetaminophen (AAP) aminopyrine (AMP) as model drugs. permeability AAP AMP has been shown be discontinuous function temperature, that is, their increased steeply above Tg membranes. amount permeated at 42 C was nearly eight times much 36 C. Arrhenius plots steady-state coefficient (P) indicated two straight lines intersect 10% membrane. In water uptake study for membrane, degree swelling membrane tended increase with increasing mechanism might based on structure change caused transition, so could absorb more water. Considering high biological safety 400, used develop drug delivery system.
