摘要: This paper has reviewed researches that obtained from peer-reviewed literatures on Salmonellosis and Shigellosis. Foodborne diseases related to unhygienic food handling practices remain a major public health problem across the globe. The is severe in developing countries due limitations securing optimal hygienic practices. Data shows an estimated 70% of cases diarrheal are associated with consumption foods contaminated pathogenic microorganisms. Among these microorganisms Salmonella Shigella ones.
