摘要: Growing male rats were fed purified diets that contained either 0.6% or 0.1% calcium to investigate the relationship of intake uptake, tissue distribution, and excretion 109 Cd. An equal number 0.6 for 4 wk before they used experiments. In first experiment 11 from each dietary group administered 5 μCi Cd by stomach tube then maintained in metabolism cages 72 hr. Animals low‐calcium diet took up more Cd, as significantly higher levels radioactivity found intestinal mucosa, serum, lungs, liver, kidneys, urine a lower level was feces.
