摘要: Les tumeurs endocrines (TE) sont developpees a partir des cellules du systeme endocrinien diffus et caracterisees par leurs capacites secretoires. Malgre une differenciation neuro-endocrine commune, elles constituent un groupe de tres heterogene dont la presentation clinique, l'evolution le pronostic extremement differents. Il convient en particulier distinguer les TE peu differenciees (TEPD), leur agressivite rapidite d’evolution, bien d’evolution plus lente.
