摘要: Qigong is a therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that combines slow, soft movements and postures with breath control special mental state 'awareness'. TCM holds the practice promotes 'circulation qi' in human body, 'flow' upward yang qi downward yin to establish 'balance'. In Western terms, this may be generally equivalent vegetative homeostasis emotionally balanced induced thereby. Researchers have often attempted evaluate functional using measurements skin's electrical resistance. However, these methodologies proven difficult gauge, validate, repeat, interpret. We aimed overcome limitations by measuring potential between two points same system. The main goal study was assess changes acupoints from Ren Mai Du conduits, or meridians, as well other interest, during practice. While participants performed specific exercise called 'White Ball', we observed significant skin on Mingmen (GV 4), Shendao 11) Baihui 20), conduit, Huiyin (CV 1), Qihai 6), Zhongwan 12) Danzhong 17), Mai. These observations are accordance theory contribute explanation physiological associated 'qi flow' TCM.
