摘要: Accumulating studies have suggested that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) drawn more and attention in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which can function as competitive endogenous (ceRNAs) inflammation immune disorders. Previously, we found lncRNA HIX003209 is differentially expressed RA. However, the precise mechanism of RA still vague. We aim to elucidate role its targeted microRNA ceRNA. Significantly increased expression was observed peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from cases. It positively associated with TLR2 TLR4 Besides, peptidoglycan (PGN) lipopolysaccharide (LPS) could enhance HIX003209, reversely promoted proliferation activation macrophages through IκBα/NF-κB signaling pathway.
