摘要: In the present work, nano silicon is irradiated with a neutron flux (2x10 13 n ⋅cm −2 s −1) up to 20 hours at different times. first stage frequency dependencies of real and imaginary parts permittivity nanomaterials affected by was analysed comparatively. As result this analysis it known that increases under influence flux. The dependence particles also reviewed. Moreover, mechanism observed peaks other effects given in work.
