摘要: Four major components of the hemoglobin bullfrog tadpole, Rana catesbeiana, have been isolated and characterized structurally functionally. These fall into two clear functional classes. Components I II substantially higher affinities for oxygen than do III IV. predominate in very young tadpoles are largely replaced by IV older tadpoles. The data (Broyles, R.H., Frieden, E. (1973) Nature New Biol. 241, 207-209) indicate that component arises kidney liver. synchrony appearance similarity o suggest probably also kidney. Thus development tadpole is associated with successive proliferation three distinct populations red cells, first from kidney, then liver, finally, after metamorphosis, bone marrow...
