摘要: Abstract When intact and viable monolayer cultures were stained by indirect immunofluorescence a characteristic pattern was produced antisera containing antibodies reactive with surface antigens. The intensity of this correlated the degree complement-dependent cytotoxicity as shown 51Cr release from labelled monolayers. It is concluded that fluorescent permits ready assessment reaction antigens there are disadvantages if cells in initially disaggregated suspended rather than examined situ. Using technique species-specific have been demonstrated on highly differentiated muscle cells.
