摘要: Abstract The analysis of monomeric and oligomeric reaction products enzymatically degraded polyssacharides using a cation-exchange, 8% cross-linked resin column in the lead(II) form (HPX-87P) is described. Digests cellulose, xylan, arabinan galactan prepared with various pure enzymes were characterized. Saccharides up to tetramers could be separated. With this method, information regarding enzyme purity, specificity mode action can rapidly obtained.
