摘要: A 42-year-old Japanese man who had undergone amputation of the left leg below knee because Buerger disease required emergency thrombectomy 7 months later. He complained acute abdominal pain after thrombectomy. At aortography distal superior mesenteric artery and its branches were not well visualized. Emergency laparotomy was performed suspected intestinal ischemia, terminal ileum cecum part ascending colon resected. In total, patient underwent four times. Histopathologic findings revealed that arteries veins resected small intestine occluded with organized thrombi. Inflammatory cell infiltration recognized mainly in intima. These are compatible disease.
