摘要: A positive magnetostrictive single layer (CoFe) and top-pinned spin-valve structure with free (NiFe) pinned layers were deposited on flexible polyethylene terephthalate film to investigate the changes in magnetic properties environments, especially a repetitive bending process. It was found that stress, applied by bending, significantly anisotropy of both depending direction stress. The understood terms inverse magnetostriction effect (the Villari effect) elastic recovery force from flexibility polymer substrate. Repetitive tensile stress transverse (or parallel) easy axis enhance reduce) and, consequently, magnetoresistance ratio spin-valve. observed effects this study should be considered for practical applications electro-magnetic devices, magneto-striction sensor.
