摘要: Orientation: Burnout occurs as a result of prolonged job stress, which is phenomenon prevalent amongst police officers in South Africa. Whilst some suffer from burnout, others elude the pathological effects burnout and execute their duties vigorously under same circumstances. Research purpose: The purpose study was to obtain an understanding officer’s need reduce stressors utilise personal social sources mitigate negative stressors.
