摘要: Absorption and emission experiments have been performed on the I deep 1 bound exciton of ZnSe crystal with without magnetic field at temperatures lower than 4.2 K. The mean interacting LO-phonon number coupling constant ratio deformation type to electrostatic interactions are estimated be 0.45 0.1, respectively. From spin-flip Raman scattering, g -factor is obtained as 2.0 which close that hole zinc vacancy. Some evidence presented suggests strong localization excitons.
