摘要: Time after symptom onset in ischaemic stroke has to be as short possible increase success of treatment. We prospectively analysed latencies from until the start therapy and rate thrombolysis 196 patients with suspected sequentially admitted hospital before (6 weeks prior, n = 83) (n 113) initiating an educational programme (EP). A total 345 dispatchers, paramedics, emergency staff were trained, each person for at least 2 h. The mean pre-hospital time interval admission was significantly decreased by nearly h (p < 0.05). Thrombolytic frequencies increased 10.5% 0.01) because overall 69 min EP, increasing numbers suitable acute therapies within a 0- 3-hour treatment window.
