摘要: The sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy is gaining in popularity as a procedure to investigate the lymphatic metastasis of malignant tumors. commonly used techniques identify SLNs clinical practice are blue dyes-guided visualization, radioisotope-based detection and near-infrared fluorescence imaging. However, all these methods have not been found perfectly fit criteria with issues such short retention time SLN, poor spatial resolution, autofluorescence, low photostability high cost. In this study, we reported new type nanoprobes, named, gap-enhanced Raman tags (GERTs) for SLN With advantageous features including unique "fingerprint" signal, strong enhancement, photostability, good biocompatibility extra-long time, demonstrated that GERTs greatly favorable high-contrast deep imaging, which meanwhile reveals dynamic migration behavior probes entering SLN. addition, quantitative volumetric imaging (qVRI) data-processing method employed acquire high-resolution 3-dimensional (3D) margin well content variation Moreover, could be realized via cost-effective commercial portable scanner. Therefore, hold great potential translated application accurate intraoperative location
