摘要: Factors surrounding the death of a loved one can have profound impact on grief experience survivors. This study examined relationship between participation in hospice program care, place death, length illness prior to and survivors patients who died cancer. Sixty responded Grief Experience Inventory (GEI). Survivors terminally ill people participated showed decreased feelings guilt, dependency, loss control, despair, numbness, shock, disbelief. those home had fewer guilt anxiety, but greater social isolation tendencies were more apt dwell thoughts deceased. Finally, six months or less need for dependency others, isolated themselves more, increased anger hostility. Study findings significant implications providing surround that enables an appropriate patient adaptation family lead successful bereavement
