Determinants of Burden and Satisfaction in Informal Caregivers: Two Sides of the Same Coin? The CUIDAR-SE Study

摘要: The aim of this study conducted in Spain was to analyze and compare burden, severe satisfaction among informal caregivers relation health-related quality life (HRQoL), type duration caregiving, perceived social support, use health care services. We performed multivariate analyses identify variables associated with caregiver stratified by gender. results showed that secondary or third-level education, performance ungratifying tasks, negative coping more years providing were greater burden. Variables protective effect better the person being cared for, HRQoL, high support. Women 75% likely experience burden compared male caregivers. Burden reduced support case women HRQoL men. main determinant caregiving for both men (OR = 3.11 OR 6.64). This shows need interventions promote gender equality as a means relieving improving female
