摘要: We present a retrospective cohort study on the outcome of patients with foraminal disc herniations (FDH) treated partial pars resections using minimally invasive surgery (MIS) through tube. FDH challenge due to more lateral trajectory needed for their excision and thereby muscle dissection possibly facet resection. Forty patients, 19 women 21 men mean age ± standard deviation 58 12 years, underwent MIS FDH. Data length hospital stay, body mass index outcomes were collected prospectively reviewed retrospectively. Average stay following was 1 days. There one wound infection four unsatisfactory results. Using Macnab score, good excellent results achieved in 89% patients. Based these results, resection is an attractive option treatment low morbidity short stays.
