摘要: Abstract Following full-thickness, 730°C contact burns of rabbits' flanks, significant omental arteriolar constriction was observed in vivo . Plasma from burned subjects induced virtually identical when injected into unburned rabbits. In order to allow vitro study fractionated post-burn plasma, we devised a method for measuring the stress rabbit aortic strips challenged with plasma. A statistically and increase occurs aortas rabbits their own fresh or frozen-thawed postburn This validated our previous work provides reliable evaluating fractionated, plasma an attempt identify vaso-constrictive principle.
