摘要: A general "multi-stage" regulation model, based on linearly connected regulatory units, is formulated to demonstrate how biochemical pathways may achieve high levels of accuracy. The mechanism, which robust changes in parameters, such as protein concentration and kinetic rate constants, incorporated into a mathematical model the bacterial chemotaxis network provides new framework for explaining adaptiveness this extensively studied system. Although conventional theories suggest that methylation feedback are responsible chemotactic regulation, deduced from known experimental data, indicates interactions downstream receptor complex, CheAs CheZ, play crucial complementary role.
