摘要: A novel starting method of the brushless DC (BLDC) motors without position sensor for electric vehicles (EV) is proposed, including detecting rotor at standstill and a start-up to accelerate up certain speed where conventional sensorless control methods based on back EMF could work effectively. The whole procedure accompanied with estimation, which can avoid temporary reverse rotation failure vehicles. principle estimation variation current response caused by magnetic saturation stator core BLDC motor when flows along axis. Further more, specific strategies torque optimization noise reduction are developed start quickly smoothly. This implemented only one bus inverter low-cost general-purpose microcontroller, becomes simple, compact, low-cost, effective solution in field It demonstrated experimentally that rapid stable be achieved proposed method.
