摘要: BACKGROUND: The increase in survival of premature newborns has sparked growing interest the prediction their long-term neurodevelopment. OBJECTIVE: To estimate incidence neuromotor abnormalities at corrected age 12 months and to identify predictive factors associated with altered development very low birth weight infants. METHOD: Cohort study. sample included 100 outcome was classified by Bayley Scale (PDI) neurological assessment (tonus, reflexes, posture). A multivariate logistic regression model constructed. Neonatal variables up 6 were selected bivariate analysis. RESULTS: Mean 1126g (SD: 240). Abnormal presented 60 children age. CONCLUSION: According model, patients a diagnosis including bronchopulmonary dysplasia, hypertonia lower extremities, truncal hypotonia showed 94.0% probability involvement months.
