摘要: A therapeutic vaccine for tumor immunotherapy is disclosed which comprises absorbable microparticles/nanoparticles capable of delivering immobilized stimulatory/costimulatory signals and releasing necessary cytokines to promote an anti-tumor effect. The are formed crystalline polymer, preferably acid-terminated polyglycolide. Other bioactive agents such as specific antigens, DNA or RNA may be the surface particles.
