摘要: This research aims to uncover valuable insights that can be used in the development of innovative products, services or systems, after deeply understanding experience modern music concert attendees, concretely small-medium indoor venues. Although overarching goal is improve experience, main objective for this focus on exploring most profound aspects usually hidden, which lead detection deep and significant user needs. A qualitative applies a hermeneutical phenomenological approach method achieve expected goal. Different steps, such as immersing myself into other’s feelings impressions through intense non-structured interviews, help me collect all data required proper research. The SEEing systematic process useful analyse raw material, acquiring an advantageous deeper meaning layers lived experience. As output process, clear picture attending venues appears. A simple read seven category stories sharply define enough non-expert field plainly understand insights. Moreover, these are numerous questions immediately plenty design business opportunities engineers, designers Music Industry stakeholders. Finally, another outcome work revelation five ideas concepts, presented way illustrate how use valuably gained information, showing right procedure move from design.
