摘要: An attempt is made to unite the concepts of atmospheric electricity and lower ionospheric physics by using a common theoretical approach derive profiles electron ion densities from 0 100 km. Relations between height rate production that apply average geographical temporal conditions are used, together with selected values attachment, detachment, recombination coefficients.
