摘要: The objective of this study is to examine the impact a short-term international experience, which designed address conditions outlined in Allport’s (Allport, G.W. 1954. Nature Prejudice. New York: Perseus Book Group) contact hypothesis, on each four factors make up cultural intelligence (CQ). A sample 135 university students was broken into test and control groups. results for group suggest that experience ranging from 7 12 days within structured abroad service programme, including modest pre-trip preparation, found significant increase CQ. At same time, there no change group. Implications human research development practice as well limitations suggested areas future are discussed.
