摘要: Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) is the primary treatment method for early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) considered inoperable due to medical comorbidities. However, application of SBRT in patients aged ≥ 75 years has not been adequately studied. This retrospective study aimed investigate effectiveness and safety NSCLC aged ≥ 75 years, impact on nutritional status self-care ability. Histopathologically confirmed (T1-3N0M0) treated with between 2013 2018 at our center were identified from electronic database. Treatment efficacy, toxicities, status, ability retrospectively analyzed. Toxicities evaluated according Common Terminology Criteria Adverse Event (CTCAE) (Common 2010) version 4.0. Nutritional was assessed by Risk Screening 2002 criteria, Barthel index fall risk index. A total 68 enrolled. Median follow-up duration 46.3 (3.9–80.1) months. The 1-, 3-, 5-year overall survival rates 92.6%, 77.2%, 59.1%, respectively, 1-year, 3-year local control 95.6%, 88.9% 85.6%, respectively.
