摘要: Abstract The synthesis of neutral and basic monoethers pregn-5-3-en-3β, 20α-diol, androst-5-en-3β, 17β-diol, 16β-diol, 20-aza-24-oxacholesterol is described. Saturated chlorosubstituted derivatives some these compounds were prepared. 22-Oxa-25-azacholesterol 20-oxa-21-nor-25-azacholesterol are potent inhibitors cholesterol synthesis.
