摘要: Principles of system instability in the literature fall into seven categories, distinguished by nature system's strategic response to potential sources instability. Each principles is illustrated using various cases, including Industrial Revolution. The suggest an optimal design quick-response teams for coping with major social surprises, and early-warning indicators impending socio-economic-environmental surprises.
