摘要: Abstract Background and purpose To estimate the prevalence of insomnia symptoms syndrome in general population, describe types self-help treatments consultations initiated for insomnia, examine help-seeking determinants. Patients methods A randomly selected sample 2001 French-speaking adults from province Quebec (Canada) responded to a telephone survey about sleep, its treatments.
