摘要: The aim of this work was to select a set culture media perform the enumeration L. casei when it appears together with acidophilus, bifidobacteria and bacteria lactic acid starters, in fermented dairy products. A number Bifidobacterium strains (8 each) were tested for their ability grow two selective/differential (LP-MRS agar B-MRS agar). these using mentioned above also carried out products available on market.
