摘要: This paper attempts to bring forward the idea of role cognitive styles in groupware acceptance. The study examines and other TAM variables predicts influencing usage groupware. A simple random sampling method was used this 109 respondents were participated who are from Administrative staff Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam (Uitm), Selangor. theoretical framework information system (Technology Acceptance Model) based for as external variables. goal studying acceptance is understand how user process systems can be better built accommodate diversity population. Due this, it leads understanding individual differences specifically making a decision change. results indicate that do affect ease use usefulness; unfortunately does not significant lead system. result will help designers creating interface design etc. Limitations directions future research discussed.
