摘要: Abstract In this study, ECM phenomena of sintered carbide are investigated. The previous study has shown that which is a composite body WC and Co can be machined by at high speed. However, many problems remained to solved preventing the practical application. Authors consider one biggest in elution cobalt: binder material. When too much cobalt occurs, strength material deteriorates making it unsuitable used as die, especially, for cold forging. report, methods prevention discussed. First, an experiment was conducted using beaker indicated possibility inhibiting adding ion electrolyte.
