Empirical Comparative Law

摘要: I review the empirical comparative law literature with an emphasis on quantitative work. After situating field and surveying its main applications to date, turn methodological issues. discuss at length obstacles causal inference from data, caution against inappropriate use of instrumental variables other techniques.
