Planning for Development using Social Impact

摘要: Economic development activities change the physical and social environments in which individuals live. For planners, it is important to anticipate types of changes that might occur, put measures place mitigate negative impacts promote positive on people communities. Social Impact Assessment (SIA) was introduced as a tool for understanding development. There are three factors, however, limit use SIA developing countries.
