摘要: Economic development activities change the physical and social environments in which individuals live. For planners, it is important to anticipate types of changes that might occur, put measures place mitigate negative impacts promote positive on people communities. Social Impact Assessment (SIA) was introduced as a tool for understanding development. There are three factors, however, limit use SIA developing countries. First, original designed developed country, such list indicators may not suitable local conditions. Second, there no specific theoretical underpinning tool, thus link between particular theories behaviour. Third, what measures, should be done effects activities. The purpose this paper address these issues doing so, provide can applied usefully practically country. basis used Actor-Network Theory (ANT). using ANT, principles consists five stages analysis: identification principal actors (human non-human) due development; exploration ownership resources (capital) enables principle change; agents attached capital actors; tracing interests aligned deal with an analysis platform (mobilization actors) based connections all other actors. Each provides determining assessed SIA, how structure assessment, interpret results SIA.
