摘要: High Reliability Organizations (HROs) claim to be special organizations, which have demonstrated consistently safe performance in operating environments are simultaneously of high technical complexity, consequence and tempo. This paper argues that the literature on reliability organizing, emerged through studying day-to-day operations nuclear industry, air traffic control US navy aircraft carriers, might hold important lessons for how project management community can approach safety-critical projects - safety is paramount importance. Its aim consider high-reliability organizing realised these projects.
