摘要: Meristem dormancy in perennial plants is a developmental process that results repression of metabolism and growth. The cessation rapid growth should be associated with the production nascent transcripts encode for gene products controlling cell division Dormancy was allowed to progress normally or chemically induced using bromoethane (BE), microarray analysis used demonstrate changes specific response before significant increase division. Comparison normal BE-induced revealed commonality both up downregulated transcripts. Many decrease as terminates are inducible by abscisic acid particularly conserved BURP domain proteins, which include RD22 class proteins storage protein patatin. Transcripts an expression encoded oxoglutarate-dependent oxygenase family. We conclude initiates transcript profiles similar natural processes control dormancy.
