摘要: Disclosed are a system and method for managing quality of service (QoS) mobile terminal. A wireless management unit is able to read QoS parameters data from communication protocol reports the same man machine interface (MMI) or upper layer so as provide services subsequently. The invention enables user software effectively, efficiently, flexibly utilize communication.
