摘要: A trivalent Group B streptococcus (GBS) polysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccine for vaccination of pregnant women is under development to protect their newborns against invasive GBS disease. Establishing sero-correlates protection disease in infants could expedite the licensure pathway vaccine. systematic review studies reporting on association capsular antibodies and colonization or was undertaken. Most that described maternal and/or infant antibody levels with identified an between low cases compared controls. Different assay methods lack standardized reference ranges serotype-specific makes it difficult select level may be used as a reliable sero-correlate protection. Further using are warranted.
