摘要: Translational research in medicine aims to inform the clinic and laboratory with results of each other's work, bring promising validated new therapies into clinical application. While laudable intent, this is complicated practice current state translational cancer shows both striking success stories examples numerous potential obstacles as well opportunities for delays errors translation. This paper reviews premises, promises, problems a focus on radiation oncology suggests improvements future design.
